• Power On the Smartphone

Unlocking Guidelines

• Install the Qualcomm USB Drivers in your system
• Connect the UMT Dongle to the PC or Laptop
• Download the UMT QCFire latest Version from UMT Support Access
• Now Open the Firmware Option on UMT Support Access
• Open Vivo Folder
• Download the Vivo_Y20_PD2034F.rar file and Extract
• Now open the Back Panel of the Phone and find the EDL Point
• Open UMT QCFire TOOL
• Select on Vivo Heuristic Mode Tab
• Select Model to Manual Method
• Select the downloaded firmware and Loader file
• Select Format Type “Erase UserData”
• Select “Reset FRP” Option & Press “Execute” Button
• Short the EDL Points and Connect the USB Cable
• Wait for the process to complete

Important Notes

During setting up the smartphone after the unlocking, you must connect to a Hotspot or Wi-Fi network and make your own PIN/PATTERN/PASSWORD.

If you Do not connect to ant network your smartphone may be stuck in FRP (Factory Reset Protection) Mode.
