Steps To follow

1. At first open the back cover
2. Remove the Battery and check battery voltage with multi meter
3. Now check for any king of short present on PCB
4. Check the charging connector for any kind of dust and sulphur corrosion
5. Open the Screws
6. Open the phone
7. Check for any other problem in PCB
8. In my case it is battery related issue

After I inserted a charged battery the phone working fine
