If you have Micromax Q386 and you are facing problems like auto restart, fix on Logo, and frequent hanging on the lock screen then this process is helpful for you.
You do not need any Software Box or Dongle for this process.
Tools & Instrument Required
Process to Follow
Download Firmware of Q386, SP Flash Tool, MediaTek USB serial port, and Preloader Driver from the web
Extract the firmware file and SP Flash Tool and Install the Drivers to the Windows
After that open the SP Flash Tool and Select the DA File if Required
Now select Scatter File from the firmware folder
Select Download Only otherwise you may face the problem of Invalid IMEI or Null IMEI
Now Click on Download Button
Remove the Battery from the Smartphone
Now Press Volume Up and Volume Down together and Plug in the USB cable
Now Wait for the process to complete
It may take 8 to 12 minutes to complete the process
After completion of the process disconnect the USB from the phone
Now put the battery In and Switch on the Phone
After switching On the phone setup as a new device
Please Keep in Mind that You have to remember the Email Id and Password of the previously used Google account.
Otherwise, The phone is stuck in FRP state.
Then You have to do FRP Reset also.
