Steps to Follow
At first Switch off your Mobile Phone.
Press and Hold 8 and Power Key Together for 3 to 5 Seconds
Feel the Vibrate Feedback
Now Release the Power Key and keep holding 8 Key
Recovery Mode is now open
Scroll down to “Wipe Data or Factory Reset” option with the help of Navigation key
Now press Power Button for confirm the action
Select YES for Factory reset
Now wait for few minutes your phone is now in Working condition.
