This band is equipped with a 125mAh battery, and the company claims 14 days of battery life. In my opinion, you will get 3 to 4days of battery backup for moderate to heavy uses. It takes 2hrs of time to fully charged.
This Band has a magnetic attached charging system, no needs to open the capsule from the strap-like previous Mi bands.
There are many new watch faces (Approx. 100) available via Mi fit App, which provides a great look.

#Opinion - this is a great Fitness Band with its features and Trusted Brand value. But the price is a little bit of a higher side, if It comes with a Rs 3000 price tag this will be the best choice for you.
